OnePlace.com It is this amazing Christian website loaded with broadcasts, podcasts, downloads, newsletters, Bible studies and more! It features pretty much any Christian speaker or theologian you can think of! You can listen to sermons or just little nuggets of truth whenever and wherever you want! My friend told me that while she does data entry at work, she puts on her headphones and finds a good sermon. I’m picturing myself in the kitchen with my laptop on the counter…washing the dishes could become a spiritual experience! Some recommendations of people I like or know you will like: Beth Moore, Ravi Zacharias, Chuck Swindoll, Chuck Colson and John Piper.
Pandora.com This one comes to you courtesy of my sister! It isn’t a Christian site, but it is loaded with Christian music! It’s free online radio that will customize a station to your interests. Just put in an artist or album you like and “Viola!” it plays similar artists as well as the one you typed in! You can skip songs you don’t like and it will save your selections for future reference. In other words, it knows you better than you know yourself! So if you can’t get enough bandwidth to listen to KLOVE or Air1 online, this is the best option for commercial-free music.
