Feeling Under the Weather

Our family hasn't managed to make it out of the house for the past week as, one by one, we have been taken down with a nasty flu. These Turkish bugs have certainly been doing a number on everyone on base! While we're busy wiping noses and doing our best to recover, we have a little entertainment for you. We've been getting lots of requests for pictures of what our place looks like now that our stuff is here, but I'll do you one better: a walking tour!

And here is the "finished product"! It's so nice to have our home back.  Just don't fall too much in love with the rug in the picture, because we're taking it back to the store (sigh) in hopes to replace it with a thicker wool one.

Also, here are some of our favorite family videos we've taken recently! You may want to bust out the popcorn. Zeke is finally transitioning to solid food. This hopefully means good sleep for Mommy and baby is soon to come! Here is our first attempt about a month back:

Elijah loves music and has recently been singing out loud to himself. We've been amazed by he number of songs that he knows. It's not unusual for him to start belting out "Jesus loves me" in the middle of the commissary! He doesn't like to perform for the camera, but we managed to capture a little clip of his musical talents on video.
