We got Elijah's hair fixed at the base beauty shop! It was obvious that this barber knew what he was doing and within just a couple minutes, E began to look a lot more like his old self. We still have to let the front part grow out, but the overall "bowl-like" appearance is gone. Daddy wasn't too thrilled with the mohawk E had, but Mommy thought he looked pretty cute!

Apparently, when it rains out here, it pours! The rainy season was late in coming this year, but it came with a bang! We have a storm cover for the stroller, but Anu may need to get some rainboots with all the walking she's been doing. Unfortunately, our big storm took our banana tree with it. We woke up on Saturday morning to find half the tree and our beautiful little bananas on the ground. The gardener assured us that the tree will come back....we're just hoping the bananas come back too!

We are slowly adjusting to living out here and are finally finding a routine. Anu got to attend MOPS for the first time and is starting to meet a lot of the other mothers. Everyone seems very friendly and there are lots of other little kids that E can start making friends with. It still makes us sad when E spots another little boy and asks if it's one of his playmates from Albuquerque.
Ezekiel is getting happier and chubbier by the day! He's got the most wonderful chubby cheeks and could happily nibble on his fists all day long. His laid back personality is a wonderful addition to our ever-so-hectic family life. We need those sweet smiles to calm us down when life seems a bit to crazy!

| Ezekiel is test driving his Christmas present. We were shocked at how much he was able to focus on the toys already! |
This is our high-tech water delivery system! Most people on base stick to bottled water to make sure that they stay healthy. We just got this pump to make things a little easier.
