This is considered bad even by native Syracusans. In fact, all the schools are closed today due to the wind chill...all the schools, that is, except Syracuse University. And SU is on top of the biggest hill in the city, so the wind chill is much worse there than elsewhere. Oh well; better to go to school today rather than to attempt a make-up later.
