Elijah's 1st Thanksgiving

Some good friends invited us to have Thanksgiving with their family, so we weren't on our own this year. It was the first year in a long time where I didn't have to cook anything! I was slightly disappointed by that...but since I had zero time to do so, it was actually a good thing!

An update on Elijah: We have been grateful for the prayers of many and wanted to update you on how things are going. Elijah was having some really bad gas problems that had us very worried. However, I think God used that very obvious problem to get us to go to the doctor with our concerns. It seems that Elijah has a reflux problem that we would have never picked up on otherwise. He doesn't spit up too much, but has a whole host of other symptoms that we completely missed. Amazingly enough, the gas problem disappeared as soon as he started taking reflux medicine (there wasn't supposed to be any connection)!  He's eating and sleeping much better. Yeah for everyone!!
